Out of an abundance of caution, Manhattan Tech has made some temporary changes, listed below, to the way we provide services to prospective and current students in light of the growing concerns related to the coronavirus.

Advisors Are Here to Support You

Message from your Advisor: As you transition to remote learning, we want you to know that our number one priority is you and your success. Your advisor will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Communicating with your Advisor: To keep you informed, advisors are reaching out via remote means, including online updates and even video conferencing. Your advisor is there to help you stay on track for the semester as well as for the duration of your academic and career journey.

Reach out to your advisor with any questions or concerns that you have as you begin engaging in your courses remotely. They are available to you via email using your student Manhattan Tech email. 

Advising Appointments Go Remote: Advising appointments are held using a video and phone conferencing tool called Microsoft Teams.

If Microsoft Teams is not an option for you, please let your advisor know. We can use other means of communication, such as email to fulfill your appointment requirements.

Admissions is Still Dedicated to Providing you HIRE Education!

Message from Admissions: We understand the decisions made by Manhattan Tech and many other technical, community colleges, and universities have provided an opportunity to look at our work through a different lens. Take a second to schedule a virtual hangout with admissions representatives, view our virtual campus visit, online campus viewbook, and additional online promotional items. Will will continue to develop different ways to connect you with campus. Your patience is greatly appreciated – and we promise to continue to come up with different ways to show you how Manhattan Tech can provide you with a HIRE education. 

Communicating with Admissions: All admissions virtual hangout appointments will be conducted via remote means utilizing Zoom. Additionally admissions representatives are available to you via email, admissions@manhattantech.edu.

Transcript Services: Transcripts may be ordered online via National Student Clearing House.  The Registrar’s Office will be accessing and processing transcript requests as she is on campus.  Whenever possible, please order electronic transcripts, as it will limit the delay for paper processing and mailing. 

Enrollment & Degree Verification: Student frequently need verification of college enrollment for a variety of reasons, including maintaining insurance benefits, demonstrating eligibility for scholarships, and renewing military IDs. The Registrar's office uses National Student Clearing House to process enrollment and degree verifications.
