We are hiring immediately for an outstanding candidate to join our manufacturing production team for our specialty Natural and Organic jarred food items. We offer an opportunity to work with a company that has stability and resources of long-term employment with the opportunity for advancement.
Our production kitchen is extremely fast-paced that requires a strong mental focus, attention to detail and hard work ethic. Technical training is provided for the person we feel will be up to the task and will complement our great team!
Production Batch Technician team members support us in the following ways:
- Producing a quality and safe product for our consumers.
- Responsible for proper weighing and addition of ingredients to kettles
- Operating kettles, pumps, and valves
- Pumping of finished product to filling machines
- Employing proper sanitation practices and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Ability to follow recipe and written instructions
- Multitasking
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent Communication and leadership qualities
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team player, calm under pressure.
$500 Sign-On Bonus
· $250 after 90 days of employment, $250 after 180 days of employment =$500
*Eligible if mentioned during interview
*To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you cannot be a former employee of Grandma Hoerner’s Foods, or a temporary employee through a temp agency. All employees are eligible except for supervisor or management positions.
