Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Technical Support Specialist I. The role of the Technical Support Specialist I is to provide superior support with rapid problem solving and resolution to end users within MHC for IT related issues. The Technical Support Specialist I is responsible for the setup and configuration of all hardware and software at over 100 locations throughout the United States. This includes third party applications, mobile devices, PCs, software, and other peripherals. Responsible for making sure that all support calls are properly documented within the ticketing system. Accountable for identifying issues that require escalation and executing those as designed.
Other opportunities includes daily tasks with the challenging responsibilities of maintaining successful daily inventory of over 3,000 combined devices. Participates in projects as assigned by management. The opportunities to travel and perform hands on duties as needed.
