Job Description

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for ordering premium audit reports for several types of Commercial insurance policies through our Audit Ordering Database, reviewing audit reports to determine if underwriting review is required, processing audit results, and reviewing Experience Modification Factors from NCCI and MWCIA and routing them appropriately. You will share responsibility for monitoring and triaging the team inbox, fielding requests for re-audits and other audit-related inquiries. You will analyze reports and communicate your findings through writing.​

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relevant experience. 
  • Knowledge of Commercial insurance products (particularly Workers Compensation and Commercial Ag) and premium auditing is helpful, however we do offer an excellent on-the-job training program. 
  • Must display strong organizational skills including intense attention to detail. 
  • Have flexibility to organize and process work to meet Farm Bureau standards with limited supervision under tight deadlines.

**Part-time or full-time schedule options are available. We will accommodate hours around school schedules if needed.**
