Automotive Lube Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, reliable Full Time Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in basic automotive maintenance who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and working in a team‑focused environment. 

Monday-Friday Hours 7:45 am- 5:15 pm (Hourly)

Qualifications:

• Prior lube tech experience (Recommended but not required)
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and shop equipment
• Strong teamwork mindset; flexible and dependable
• Automotive professional certification preferred
• Energetic, positive attitude
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a clean driving record (REQUIRED)
• Must provide your own tools and toolbox
• Must successfully complete:
  • MVR check
  • Background check
  • Pre‑employment drug test
• Drug‑free work environment

Job Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
• Assist with minor repair work as needed
• Operate and maintain shop equipment, including:
  • Wheel and tire machines
  • Alignment systems
  • Diagnostic tools
  • A/C service equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer
• Attendance and punctuality is extremely important

Salary/Pay
