Before you cross the stage

Graduate check-in

Arrive in your cap and gown by 9:15 a.m. Pick up your name card at registration. Lineup is alphabetical by program.

Keep your card with you for the stage announcement.

Plan your day

Event Information

A little preparation helps you enjoy the celebration from arrival to the final photo.

Guests & seating

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Parking

Use church and nearby lots, or park at Manhattan Tech and carpool.

Photos

Professional photos will be taken of each graduate. Family and friends are also encouraged to approach the stage to capture their graduate’s special moment. Please keep aisles clear and be mindful of other guests and graduates.

Your next chapter

After Graduation

When will I receive my diploma?

Your diploma and one free transcript will be mailed 12–14 weeks after final grades are posted and all obligations are cleared. They will be sent to the mailing address you verified at commencement check-in.

Where can I find ceremony photos?

Within two weeks after the ceremony, commencement photos will be available at the link inside the diploma cover you are presented with during commencement.
