Standard Benefit Package for Administrators / Professional Staff & Faculty

Leave Time

Personal Leave: 2 Days for Faculty and Staff
Sick Leave: 10 Days for Faculty and Exempt Staff, 12 Days for Non-Exempt Staff.
Vacation Leave: 20 days for Exempt Staff, 12 Days for Non-Exempt Staff.
Paid Holidays as determined by MATC academic calendar (21 days for FY24)
