Manhattan Area Technical College IT Help Desk provides information technology support to the students, faculty, and staff of the Manhattan Area Technical College campus. The IT Help Desk Portal is used by students, faculty, and staff to submit support requests to IT in the following areas:

  • Managed Computing
    • We support faculty, staff, and student desktops and network printing services in all departments of the MATC campus.
  • Computing Labs
    • We manage all of the shared and departmental computing labs.
  • Datacenter and Web Services
    • We maintain the MATC datacenter as well as all college database servers.
