Full time Day/Evening shift (shared) Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Meadowlark in Manhattan Kansas is currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to train and rotate (per staffing needs) to our households and Home Plus location (Riley). Must be available between the hours of 6am and 10pm, weekdays and weekends, and be flexible with work location.

Qualifications

Licensing Requirements:  Licensed in the state of Kansas as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Job Responsibilities

The Household Nurse performs routine daily nursing functions and is responsible for providing primary care to each resident, including assessment, treatment, care planning, passing medications, monitoring direct care team members, and medical care evaluations. The Household Nurse works closely with the clinical coordinator and the household team to ensure regulatory compliance, while focusing on person-centered care. The Household Nurse provides supervision, leadership, and guides the household team while promoting individual and team learning in the household. The Household Nurse maintains a professional work relationship with the household team and residents, and remains knowledgeable of residents’ responsibilities and rights, including the right to determine their own preferences.

Salary/Pay

Shared Licensed Practical Nurse position at Meadowlark!  Starting pay will be $31.00 per hour!  Must be flexible, and a team player. There is also a $20,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS!
