Before you cross the stage

Graduate check-in

Arrive in regalia by 9:15 a.m. Pick up your name card at registration. Lineup is alphabetical by program.

Keep your card with you for the stage announcement.

Plan your day

Event Information

A little preparation helps you enjoy the celebration from arrival to the final photo.

Guests & seating

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Parking

Use church and nearby lots, or park at Manhattan Tech and carpool.

Photos

Professional photos will be taken of each graduate. Family and friends are also encouraged to approach the stage to capture their graduate’s special moment. Please keep aisles clear and be mindful of other guests and graduates.

After Graduation

When will I receive my diploma?

Expect your award and one free transcript by mail 12–14 weeks after final grades and cleared obligations. Verify your mailing address at check-in.

Where can I find ceremony photos?

Commencement photos will be available within a couple of weeks after the ceremony. Graduates can find the link inside their diploma cover.
