Grandma Hoerner's Foods, Inc. is a bottling processing facility that has a team that creates and produces natural and organic delicious foods. We have been providing our products for our nation’s top grocery retailers for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounting and Data Specialist to join our team. We offer an opportunity to work with a company that has stability and resources for long-term employment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
  • Highly detail orientated
  • Accounting Skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving and all-around good judgment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Excellent mathematical ability
  • Creation of documents/reports spread sheets utilizing the following Microsoft products.
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Accounting
  • Monthly Inventory
  • Maintain Inventory Transactions
  • Inventory Reporting
  • Assist in lot trace reporting
  • Purchase order maintaining and filing
  • Job Costing
  • Maintain oversight of daily inventory disposition
  • Incoming ingredient documentation
  • Ensure correct allocation of goods for shipment
