Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support (in-person, phone, remote) for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage support tickets, documentation, and escalation processes
• Install and maintain systems, devices, and software
• Support endpoints (printers, VoIP, security tools, patching)
• Assist with basic systems administration (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backups)
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Follow security and compliance standards (FDIC/FFIEC)

Salary/Pay

What You’ll Earn & Gain

• Starting Wage: $20/hr → up to $26/hr within 1 year
• Paid technical training (~$3,500 value)
• Industry certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Tech+, HDI CSR
• 144 hours of structured instruction + 2,000 hours hands-on experience
