Over seeing the dietary department. Coordinating menues and working with residents and food prefrences. Scheduling of the dietary, housekeeping and luandry departments. 

Qualifications:

CDM (certified dietary manager) certificate

Job Responsibilities

Scheduling dietary, housekeeping, laundry staff.  Overseeing the dietary, housekeeping and laundry departemtns. Ordering supplies. Attending care plan meetings.  Monitoring weights and working with the dietician to make menus.  Working with residents on likes and dislikes.
