POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Completed Certified Nurse Assistant program and minimum age of17 required; High School Diploma, or equivalent preferredExperience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospital setting preferredPreferred Skills: • Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multitasking.• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills withability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to understandlanguage.• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills• Must have basic computer and Microsoft Office programskills, electronic medical record experience, and the abilityto operate required nursing equipment.Certifications/Registration: Certified Nurse Assistant certification, CPR
