Qualifications:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Completed Certified Nurse Assistant program and minimum age of
17 required; High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospital setting preferred
Preferred Skills: • Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to understand
language.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Must have basic computer and Microsoft Office program
skills, electronic medical record experience, and the ability
to operate required nursing equipment.
Certifications/Registration: Certified Nurse Assistant certification, CPR

• Assist providers and nurses with direct patient care
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
• Support both primary care and specialty clinic services
• Build positive relationships with patients and teammates
• Ensure quality care while following established clinical standards
