Job Responsibilities

The CNA provides medical, physical, and emotional care to residents of Meadowlark Hills to meet their daily needs, while enabling them to be as independent as possible. While this care is provided under the guidance of a household nurse, the CNA is the residents’ closest advocate in the household. The CNA provides support, friendship, and kindness and works with the household team to promote the residents’ psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building.
