Concurrent Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in taking a course with Manhattan Tech as a high school student. Before getting started please answer the following questions to make sure you are completing the correct form and there are no delays in processing your request to enroll.

Have you already submitted the application to become a Manhattan Tech College Student?

Before you can submit a release form requesting permission to take a class at Manhattan Tech as a high school student, you first need to apply to become a Manhattan Tech student.

After you submit the application, check your email! Within 4 business days of completing your application, you will get an email with your MATC ID number along with your student account login credentials. If you do not receive this email, you can contact us at admissions@manhattantech.edu for assistance.

Do you know your Manhattan Tech ID number?
You would have received it in a Welcome Email from MATC Admissions after processing your online application. You can also find your ID number on MATCOnline by following the steps located HERE.

If you submitted the application to Manhattan Tech more than 4 business days ago and you have not received a Welcome Email that contains your MATC ID number, please contact us at admissions@manhattantech.edu for assistance.
