Construction Site Assistant

Job Description

Back 9 Development is seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Site Assistant to help maintain our custom home construction sites. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn and grow in the construction industry.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Experience with light equipment is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
• Perform rough grading of lots as directed
• Assist with material handling and site preparation
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Salary/Pay

• Pay starts at $20/hour, based on experience
• Can be full-time or part-time
• Benefits available for full-time employees
