Direct Support Professionals (DSP) play a key role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you assist the people we serve with meeting their daily needs. You have the opportunity to share in their success and support them through their struggles, while building lasting relationships. We have full-time and part-time employment opportunities for DSP's in our day and residential programs.
Minimum requirements include high school graduate or equivalent, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
Responsible for providing support, supervision, and training to persons served, record maintenance, transportation, and light household maintenance. Overnight stay required for some shifts.
Start wage: $16.00. Raise after three months. May be eligible for shift differential. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment. Full-time positions are benefit eligible.
