Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the nursing department

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, and home care settings
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
