Michelle is from Great Bend, KS, and earned an associate’s degree from Barton County Community College and then a bachelor’s degree in business administration from McPherson College.  She worked as a retail and customer service district manager for many years before coming to Manhattan Area Technical College in January 2018.  She is happy to help incoming students take that first step toward new possibilities and a new future.

Lauren is a Manhattan native who earned her B.A. in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University. Lauren advocates technical education as she believes students will save time and money and get a career-focused education. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and is a proud supporter of anything K-State, Royals, and Kansas City Chiefs.
