Check-In: Registration Agreement, PIU, Parking Passes, and Student ID's: 8:45 – 9:15 A.M. (Commons)

  • Upon checking-in, students will need to verify that they know their login credentials as a registration agreement and personal information update form will be completed on MATC Online prior to enrollment for spring semester. 

Instructions for Completing the RA and PIU

  • Students will have their photos taken for their student IDs.
  • Be sure to bring your Class A CDL, as we will take a photocopy.
  • Students will need to know their make, model, color, and license plate of the vehicle they will drive on campus to receive their parking pass.

Student Services, Financial Aid, Business Office, TLC and Accommodation/Safety Presentations: 9:15 – 10:00 A.M. (404)

Program Orientation/Tool and Belt Fitting: 10:00 A.M. ~ 11:00 A.M. (501)

  • EPD Program orientation with faculty to discuss program expectations/requirements
    • Students will be sized for their safety harness at this time.

ACCUPLACER Assessment Testing: 11:00 A.M. ~ 1:00 P.M. (Teaching and Learning Center)

  • All program students are required to take the Accuplacer Assessment unless they have already completed a college level English and math class that has been approved for transfer credit by our Registrar.

Academic Advising and Financial Aid Appointments: 11:00 A.M. ~ 3:00 P.M.

  • Meet with academic advisor to enroll in spring semester.
  • Upon completion of the Accuplacer Assessment, students will meet with one of the Academic Advisors to discuss their enrollment in the spring semester. 
  • ​​Meet with financial aid (if desired), students are encouraged to schedule virtual financial aid appointments prior to this day if possible through Calendly.
