We offer a 4-day workweek with occasional Friday overtime opportunities.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Whether you're an early riser or prefer working later in the day, we have opportunities available across multiple shifts.
You must be able to stand on your feet for 10 hours a day and lift up to 40 lbs.
Assemblers operate various hand tools such as rivet guns, mallets, screwdrivers, and drills to put together components of mailboxes. Assemblers work on production assembly lines in the following areas: CBU, 4C, and 4B+. Assembler I employees perform manual activites related to riveting, slides, doors/rods, joining, hinges, tim kits, decals, key tags, arms/springs. Assemblers are assigned to product lines based on manufacturing needs. For operational flexibility and professional growth, willingness and ability to cross-train and rotate positions is essential.
Paint Line Support employees load and unload painted and unpainted parts from our paint line. They are responsible for meeting productivity standards and production requirements. They will also assist in maintaining hangers and hooks to ensure they are in good condition and well organized.
Machine Operator I’s are assigned to various pieces of equipment within the department as dictated by manufacturing needs. Machine Operator I’s should be trained to work on at least one, but possibly more, of the following machines: GeCam, Break Press, Aida (entry level knowledge). For operational flexibility, the ability to become cross-trained and to rotate jobs is essential.
