Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Program Orientation

This program orientation is for students admitted to the fall 2025 program class.
Check-In, Student ID, Registration Agreement/PIU, FERPA, and Parking Pass: 8:45 – 9:15 AM (Commons)
Students need to bring their driver's license
- Upon checking in, students must verify that they know their login credentials as a registration agreement and personal information update form will have to be completed on MATC Online before enrollment. In addition, students will get their photos taken for their student IDs.
- Students will complete the registration agreement, PIU, and parking pass. Students must know their make, model, color, and license plate.
Student Services, Financial Aid, Business Office, TLC, and Accommodation/Safety Presentations: 9:15 – 10:15 AM
- The presentation will be from multiple offices to assist students in navigating the resources available at Manhattan Tech.
Program Orientation/Tools & Shirt Fitting: 10:15 - ~11:00 AM
- Students will meet with their instructor(s) and be oriented to the classroom environment.
ACCUPLACER Assessment OR Enrollment^: ~11:00 AM - ~12:30 PM
- *Students who still need to take ACCUPLACER will go to the Teaching & Learning Center as a group.
- ^Students who have already taken the ACCUPLACER or have college English & college math will meet with an advisor to enroll in classes now.
Enrollment for ACCUPLACER testing group: ~12:30 – 1:45 PM
- Students, after completing their ACCUPLACER, will meet with an academic advisor for enrollment
