Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Program Orientation

This orientation is for students admitted to the Fall 2026 program cohort.

Check-In, Student ID, Forms, and Parking Pass

8:45 – 9:15 a.m. | Commons
  • Students will need to bring their driver’s license.
  • Upon check-in, students will:
    • Verify their MATC Online login credentials.
    • Complete the Registration Agreement and Personal Information Update (PIU) online prior to enrollment.
    • Have their photo taken for their Student ID.
    • Complete the Parking Pass form (students must know their vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number).

Student Services & Campus Resources Presentations

9:15 – 10:15 a.m.

Representatives from Student Services, Financial Aid, the Business Office, the Teaching & Learning Center (TLC), and Accommodation/Safety will provide an overview of campus resources and support services available to students at Manhattan Tech.

Program Orientation

10:15 – ~11:00 a.m.

Students will meet with their instructor(s) and receive an overview of program expectations and the classroom environment.

ACCUPLACER Assessment or Enrollment

~11:00 a.m. – ~12:30 p.m.
  • Students who still need to take the ACCUPLACER will report to the Teaching & Learning Center as a group.
  • Students who have already completed the ACCUPLACER will meet with an academic advisor to enroll in classes.

Enrollment for ACCUPLACER Testing Group

~12:30 – 1:45 p.m.

Students who complete the ACCUPLACER will meet individually with an academic advisor to complete enrollment.
