Meadowlark is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry Lead to help keep resident spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This hands-on working lead will perform housekeeping and laundry duties, support and train team members, conduct quality checks, coordinate daily priorities, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as calendars, scheduling, and email.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Must take pride in their work, lead by example, and be comfortable supporting and training coworkers. Good problem-solving and time-management skills are important, along with basic computer skills. Housekeeping, laundry, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living experience is preferred. Must be able to perform hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties and have a clean driving record.
Perform hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties while maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming resident spaces. Conduct quality checks, support and train team members, coordinate daily priorities, and communicate needs or concerns to the manager. Assist with scheduling, calendars, task sheets, emails, and other basic administrative duties. Help troubleshoot problems, improve daily processes, and build positive relationships with residents, families, guests, and coworkers.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | 80 hours every two weeksPay: Competitive, based on experience. Must be flexible to help cover other shifts as needed.
