We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, responding to inquiries from users, and monitoring system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
