Job Description

Provides high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and preferences are prioritized. Assesses resident needs, oversee medication passing and delivers or coordinates routine and emergent care.  Provide emotional support for residents and staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and families for continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe environment, including infection control and life safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while promoting quality improvement.

Qualifications:

LPN license in the state of Kansas

Salary/Pay

Negotiable with sign on bonus.  Shift differential for evenings/night and weekends.
