We are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Maintenance team.

$500 Sign-On Bonus
· $250 after 90 days of employment, $250 after 180 days of employment =$500
*Eligible if mentioned during interview

*To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you cannot be a former employee of Grandma Hoerner’s Foods, or a temporary employee through a temp agency. All employees are eligible except for supervisor or management positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

 

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
  • Manufacturing maintenance: 1 year (Required)

Job Responsibilities

The Maintenance Specialist will support us in the following ways:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and improve all food processing, packaging, conveying, and warehouse equipment

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment with the ability to research, learn, and take initiative to improve existing systems
