Meadowlark is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to enriching the lives of seniors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Environmental Services team.

Qualifications:

  • ~2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Skills in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety practices
  • Strong problem-solving and independent work ability
  • Must have a clean driving record, pass a drug test and become a Meadowlark approved driver.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds care, etc.)
  • Inspect facilities, equipment, and safety systems (including fire alarms)
  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs and departmental operations
  • Handle on-call duties (weekends) and prioritize urgent repairs
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Provide excellent service to residents and staff
