If you plan to withdraw from Manhattan Tech before the end of an academic session, you must follow the formal withdrawal process through the Registrar's office. It is encouraged that you look at the drop/withdrawal dates prior to making your decision.
If you withdraw from the college:
If you plan to transfer from Manhattan Tech to another institution at the end of a semester, you must cancel any registration for future semesters.
Before graduating from the Manhattan Tech, pay off your student account. Check your financial information in your Student tab of MATC Online prior to your graduation date. More on preparing for graduation.
If you complete your degree and graduate from Manhattan Tech or you leave the college for a period of six months or longer, you will be required to begin repaying student loans.
A credit balance is the result of an over payment on a student’s account from Financial Aid, loans or payments received. Credit balance refunds will be processed when a credit actually exists on the student’s account and processed as a direct deposit or check. Refer to the Business Office for more information.
