- Part-time RN/LPN, 1st Shift, Long-Term Care
- Part-time RN/LPN, 1st Shift, Special Care
- Part-time RN/LPN, 2nd Shift, Special Care (32 hours every two weeks, 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Part-time RN/LPN, 2nd Shift, Long-Term Care (24 hours every two weeks)
- Part-time RN/LPN, 3rd Shift, Long-Term Care (32 hours every two weeks, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Part-time RN, Night Shift, Post-Acute Care (5 PM - 5 AM)
- PRN (As Needed)
Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas.

Job Responsibilities
The Household Nurse performs routine daily nursing functions and is responsible for providing primary care to each resident, including assessment, treatment, care planning, passing medications, monitoring direct care team members, and medical care evaluations. The Household Nurse works closely with the clinical coordinator and the household team to ensure regulatory compliance, while focusing on person-centered care. The Household Nurse provides supervision, leadership, and guides the household team while promoting individual and team learning in the household. The Household Nurse maintains a professional work relationship with the household team and residents, and remains knowledgeable of residents’ responsibilities and rights, including the right to determine their own preferences.
