Job Description

Provides high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and preferences are prioritized. Assesses resident needs, develops and implements care plans, and delivers or coordinates routine and emergent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess needs, implement care plans, and provide or coordinate daily and emergent care.
  • Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor changes in condition.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams for continuity of care.
  • Maintain a safe environment, including infection control and emergency preparedness.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members while promoting quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas
  • Passion for providing exceptional senior care

Salary/Pay

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 for eligible candidates
  • Pay: Up to $39/hour (including shift differentials)
