Looking for a part-time job opportunity close to the MATC campus? Rock Hills Church is right down the road in the old Seth Child movie theater and has an opening for a part-time Facility Coordinator role at the beginning of April. This job is very near and dear to our heart, as our Least Pastor held this role at a church in Missouri for three years. The job entails flexible, but consistent hours (around 20 per week), devoted to routine tasks like cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, taking out trash, etc., as well as variable tasks entailing maintenance, facility improvements, property upkeep, and special event set-up. We're looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual who can commit to this opportunity for at least one year's time. Job Responsibilities

4 Main Priorities:

  • ●  Cleaning responsibilities to ensure that we’re “Sunday-ready”

  • ●  Indoor facility upkeep (theaters, storage, workshop, etc.)

  • ●  Outdoor property upkeep (parking lot, lawn, equipment, etc.)

  • ●  Availability for special event set-up (building use; special series, special projects, etc.)

 

  1. Specific Responsibilities:

    • ●  Weekly indoor and outdoor walk-through

    • ●  Weekly one-on-one meeting with direct report

    • ●  Clean and restock lobby restrooms, classroom restrooms, family restrooms, and Kids Rock restrooms

    • ●  Empty trash in lobby, classrooms, kitchen, restrooms, theaters, and upstairs hallway

    • ●  Broom and mop in lobby; spot-mop in active-use theaters

    • ●  Vacuum in vestibule, classrooms, hallway, active-use theaters, and upstairs hallway

    • ●  Spray down windows, doors, counters, and tables

    • ●  Have eyes on the state of the building (thermostats, safety inspections, unusual smells, etc.)

    • ●  Efficiently maintain cleaning supplies inventory

    • ●  Lead repairs/maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, light bulbs, water stains, seasonal equipment care, etc.)

    • ●  Manage outdoor property (weeds, limbs/trash, potholes, snow removal)

    • ●  Handle RHC equipment (truck, trailers, workshop items, etc.)

Salary/Pay

$15/hr.
