Production Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Laborers to join our Manhattan, Kansas team. As a Production Laborer at Manko, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of high-quality windows that meet our exceptional standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (Saturdays as needed)

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Required):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic numerical calculations
• Operate small hand tools, chop saw, punch press, overhead crane, etc.
• Maintain high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and production of windows according to established specifications and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment in adherence to safety protocols.
• Handle materials and components with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
• Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or imperfections.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as required, based on production demands.

Salary/Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
