Meadowlark is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Bramlage House, our short-stay post-acute living area. This fast-paced environment is ideal for an RN who thrives on providing exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families during the overnight hours.

Qualifications:

  • Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Passion for providing exceptional, person-centered care
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess needs, implement care plans, and provide or coordinate daily and emergent care.
  • Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor changes in condition.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams for continuity of care.
  • Maintain a safe environment, including infection control and emergency preparedness.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members while promoting quality improvement.

Salary/Pay

  • $30,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates
