Supervisory Training

Gain new skills at our two-day workshop with facilitator Jason York from Manhattan Tech's Business faculty, along with various regional experts sharing their knowledge.  Connect with supervisors across the region to share stories and build your network!

We will address the following topics in an interactive learning environment:

  • Behavioral interviewing
  • Diversity
  • Sexual harassment
  • Communication
  • Delegation

This training will take place over two Fridays so participants can practice some of the skills from Day 1 and apply them to Day 2 content.

Since we are an educational institution, a Non-Degree Seeking Enrollment Form is required to be completed in full.  Complete this form and when you get to Section 2: Course Information, input the following:
