Job Description

RN will be overseeing the care of long term residents.  This will include completing of the MDS and care plans, coordination of safety, education, family communications/meetings and assessments.  Will work close with floor nurses and CNA's to provide the highest care of the residents.  

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas.  MDS experience preferred but not necessary, will train. Communication skills needed to communicate with residents and families.
