No counseling degree? No problem.

 

No previous youth care experience? We can teach that. 

 

What we can't teach is a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a desire to help young people succeed.

What You'll Really Be Doing

Forget sitting behind a desk all day.
 

As a Youth Care Worker, you'll be: 

• Encouraging a teen who finally believes in themselves
• Celebrating small victories that become life-changing moments
• Playing games, leading activities, and helping youth build confidence
• Being a role model when a young person needs one most
• Helping create a safe environment where healing can happen
• Working alongside a team that supports each other as much as they support the youth

If you're 21 or older and have a high school diploma or GED, you're qualified to start. 

 

We'll provide the training.

 

Qualifications:

Must be 21 or older, have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance (company cars are available). Must also have a high school diploma or GED.
