2018-2019 V1 Independent Verification Worksheet

Independent students selected for the V1 federal verification process must complete and submit this form. Please note that we strongly encourage students to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. If it was not used when the initial application was made, the student may go back into the FAFSA to make corrections and use the Tool. Otherwise the student will need to contact the IRS using the instructions on page 2 of the Verification Form to request the 2016 Tax Return Transcript for the 2018-2019 school year.
