High School Counselor Enrollment Information

Thank you! The enrollment form has been submitted.

If you had to add or remove a course from the enrollment form, it has now been sent back to the parent/legal guardian/over-18 student for recertification of the courses. If no changes were necessary, the form has been forwarded to Manhattan Tech to verify and enroll the student in the approved courses listed on the enrollment form.
