Parent/Guardian High School Enrollment Information

Thank you! The enrollment form has been submitted.

Your document has been emailed to your local high school counselor for verification. If any courses are added or removed, you will receive another text message to recertify the enrollment before the form is sent to Manhattan Tech for course enrollment. Both the student and the parent will be notified via email and text once enrollment is complete.
