2018’s Best & Worst Community Colleges Read more about 2018’s Best & Worst Community Colleges Wallet Hub released findings on the 2018’s Best & Worst Community Colleges in which they assessed where students can recieve the best education at the lowest price. Wallet Hub compared more then 700 community colleges across 17 key indicators related to cost and quality. Some of those indicators consisted of cost of in-state tution, graduation rate, and student-faculty ratio. Across those indicators Manhattan Area Technical college ranked #1 in the state of Kansas and nationally ranked #20.
