High School Enrollment Form Information

Thank you! The enrollment form has been submitted.

The parent or legal guardian whose contact information you provided in the form will receive a text message within the next few minutes. They need to click the link in the message to access the document, verify the information, and sign to give consent for enrollment. Once your parent has signed, the document will be sent to your local high school counselor for course information verification.

Courses and Estimated Costs

Approval of these courses is subject to change. We strive to present cost information accurately, but please note that these are only estimates and may not reflect the exact costs of the courses. Statements will be mailed for courses that have associated costs.
