Job Description

Welders, Saw Operator, Flight Straightening   

Must be able to multi-task and work where needed. Must meet the following criteria and be able to complete the essential functions of the job as outlined in the relevant job description – available upon request/interview.

• Basic Mechanical skills necessary 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
• Good Attendance is required. 
• Must be able to work alone or with a team.
• Must be in good standing in current position with satisfactory job evaluation. 
• Must have excellent attention to details.
• Must be able to read a print and follow instructions.
• Cross training is mandatory   

 

Qualifications:

18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• One year certificate from college or technical school or
• Six months experience in related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
• Ability to read, interpret and implement prints and work instructions
• Ability to speak effectively and problem solve. 
• Ability to read, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 
• Regular and punctual attendance is required. 
• Basic computer skills required to complete company training and HRIS requirements. 

Job Responsibilities

Physical Effort:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials (up to 50 lbs.).
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
• Standing or walking for extended periods.
• Performing repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
• Tasks require good hand/finger dexterity and may require reaching outward and above shoulders.

• Employees may be required to handle sharp or abrasive material.

   

Mental & Cognitive Effort:

• Attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance.
• Following complex instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Problem-solving for minor machine malfunctions or production issues.

   

Pace & Productivity Expectations:

• Meeting production quotas and deadlines.

• Working under pressure in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

   

Salary/Pay

$18-$20 per hour starting wages.  

$2000 sign on bonus (paid out over first year of employment)

Benefits start the first of the month following hire date.
