Job Description

Ensures equipment inventory is free of liens by searching customer UCCs through the Secretary of State online records and working with lien holders to obtain lien releases or letters of no interest.

Qualifications

  • Experience with UCC Lien filings helpful
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Efficient data entry and computer skills
  • Expertise with computer systems, including MS office and internet-based applications
  • Excellent proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Ability to follow direction and desire to learn
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary to meet monthly accounting deadlines

Job Responsibilities

  • Company Values:  Ensures all company values are adhered to and promoted.  This would include leading by example and participation in employee recognition programs.
  • Wholegood Sales Operations:  Maintains accounting processes, systems and practices that record and track all accounting transactions on a timely and accurate basis from source document through Financial Statement
    • Provides effective processing of wholegood sales tickets in an accurate, professional and timely manner
    • Conducts UCC lien searches, communicates with lien holders and secures UCC terminations or letters of no interest
    • Assists with entering vendor invoices, completes settlements, and reconciles statements and floor plan accounts in a timely and accurate manner
    • Assists with processes customer contracts through various finance companies
    • Ensures that all sales paperwork is completed accurately
    • Ensures all warranty registrations are completed in a timely manner
    • Maintains all relevant files
    • Cooperatively supports other sales support personnel as required
  • Location Support:  Provides support to locations in ways that ensure timely and accurate transactions
    • Cooperatively field questions to support location financials/accounting practices
    • Provides appropriate administrative support services for the Sales staff
    • Provide support for business system questions
  • Strategy and Planning: 
    • Make suggestions for process improvement as related to sales accounting
  • Communications:  Ensures excellent communication with locations and with corporate operations.
