  9. Use current and emerging technologies to solve workplace problems through presentation, research, analysis, and synthesis
  10. Demonstrate knowledge of the ethical frameworks of business
  11. Identify and correct common communication problems including awareness of diversity issues which affect the workplace
  12. Exhibit ability to effectively communicate, both through oral and written communications

  9. Demonstrate an understanding of terminology related to accounting careers and understand the career opportunities available
Administrative Support
  1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of general clerical functions (e.g., filing, telephones, photocopying)
