Job Description

The Revenue Growth Account Manager is responsible for prospecting, pipeline management, and up-selling of our payments solution to existing clients. This role communicates the corporate value proposition to drive adoption of new payments functionality to existing clients. Your Impact: 
  • Up-sell current clients web-based payment solutions and services within an assigned territory
  • Understand the payments product, technical infrastructure and be able to translate this knowledge into applicable solutions for clients
  • Work with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to manage a portfolio of clients and provide effective relationship management to optimize client satisfaction, growth and retention
  • Meeting or exceeding goals for assigned territory
  • Communicate the company's value proposition over the phone and via email in a clear and concise manner Generate new opportunities through a variety of methods
  • Perform technical demonstrations of payment systems and functionality
  • Complete communications with assigned clients in the required timeframe
  • Analyze and compile accurate responses to client requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Estimated Salary Range: $36,500 - $48,900 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay-  Based on set quotas or targets

Qualifications

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
  • Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce
  • Strong and consistent phone presence
  • Experience in payments preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines
  • Must have professional-level written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to have tough conversations that balance the needs of our clients and company
  • Ability to work at a computer and monitor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and respond to calls
  • Ability to use a keyboard and computer.
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage various detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job.

Salary/Pay

Estimated Salary Range: $36,500 - $48,900 annually
