Job Description

As the Implementation Consultant, you will work hand-in-hand with our clients, as well as the rest of the implementation team, to ensure a successful implementation process and a satisfied client experience.  In this role, you will need to establish immediate rapport, quickly understand the scope of each project and the client’s needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns when they arise. Additionally, you will ensure the client understands and utilizes the software to maximize productivity and ultimately their satisfaction. We’re excited to hire a new Implementation Consultant who can:
  • Serve as the face of CivicPlus to our clients from project kick-off to final launch of the software
  • Work with the CivicPlus internal and client implementation project teams to design project scope, business requirements and implementation timeline
  • Driving business process discussions and business requirements
  • Identifying gaps between requirements and standard system functionality
  • Assist in configuring and test the software to meet the defined project scope and client business requirements
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues, confidently address all challenges, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Conduct virtual and onsite training and consultations as well as subject matter expertise that improve our client’s business processes 
  • Deliver extraordinary service that results in a referenceable client

  • Estimated Salary Range: $61,700 – 87,600 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and software implementation methodologies, with a preference in the Permitting & Licensing industry
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions
  • Customer relationship acumen 
  • Experience with problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Salary/Pay
