2018-2019 V1 Dependent Verification Worksheet

Dependent students selected for the V1 federal verification process must complete and submit this form. Please note that we strongly encourage students and their parents to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. If it was not used when the initial application was made, parents and student may go back into the FAFSA to make corrections and use the Data Retrieval Tool. Otherwise the parents and student will need to contact the IRS using the instructions on page 2 of the Verification Form to request the 2016 Tax Return Transcript for the 2018-2019 school year.

Manhattan Tech provides general education courses that fulfill the A.A.S. degree requirements of the programs at MATC. Additionally, the courses that are offered to fulfill these requirements are approved by The Kansas Board of Regents to be accepted in transfer for general education credit at any public postsecondary educational institution in Kansas.
